One-on-one reset sessions designed to support overwhelmed professionals — especially educators — navigating overwhelm, time constraints, and burnout—while creating space to pause, reflect, and restore balance.

Many people often give so much of their time, energy, and mental space to their work that self-care and balance can feel out of reach. These sessions offer a supportive space to slow down, gain clarity, and identify realistic ways to reclaim your time, reduce overwhelm, and restore a sense of peace and focus.

Session Options:

• 60-Minute Reset Session — $125
  Clarity and direction for one primary area of focus

• 90-Minute Reset Session — $175
  Deeper support for multiple areas and lasting change
